TL;DR

Developed a visual identity to brand a suite of research outputs—creating an anonymous yet engaging way for the client's C-suite to understand small business owner needs.

Context

Every small business owner is unique in their approach to handling unpredictable peaks and valleys throughout their journey. Leveraging real SMB owners’ data entries, our team worked to help the client understand how their products could better meet their customers’ needs.

Project Charter

Establish a cohesive visual language to unify a diverse suite of research outputs, from user mindset journeys to a custom board game. The scope expanded to include the design of a modular, remote-accessible showcase within Accenture’s Liquid Studio.

Approach

Designed a metaphor-driven visual identity to ensure participant anonymity and led the strategy for an immersive C-suite showcase to secure new business.
