Memorial Hermann is a leading non-profit health system in Southeast Texas, providing integrated care through a vast network of hospitals, specialty institutes, and outpatient centers.

Align multiple stakeholders to deliver a single sign-on MVP and a new directional visual system, streamlining the digital experience for a large-scale health network.

Approach

Co-led a Fjord design team to consolidate a fragmented digital ecosystem into a unified patient portal MVP. Through stakeholder workshops and desktop research, we developed a scalable design system, high-level solution concepts, and brand guidelines designed to evolve with Memorial Hermann’s future needs.
